| Linda Allen’s Horsemanship Challenge Clinic - Palmer, AK Linda Allen’s Horsemanship Challenge Clinic will be held at the France Equestrian Center in Palmer, AK. Cost for riders is $75, which includes a Zone 12 polo shirt. Auditor fee is $25 to the general public. The HCC format will be offered at three levels: cross rails, 2’ and 2’6”. Each level will consist of four sections: written test, practicum test, a flat equitation class and equitation over fences.
