USHJA Rules Committee
The duties of the Rule Committee include review, analysis, and oversight of the USHJA rule change process, subject to review and approval by the Officers. The committee members and staff, including legal counsel, will review each proposed rule change. If there are any questions or concerns, the proponent will be asked to clarify the proposed rule change intent, change the effective date, make changes to the language of the proposal, etc. The Rules Committee has the right and responsibility to reject proposals for cause. The Rules Committee will designate review of the proposed rule change by any and all USHJA Standing Committees and each assigned entity deemed appropriate.
This Task Force is currently being repopulated in accordance with USHJA Bylaws. We thank you for your patience as the Working Groups make their recommendations and individuals are invited to participate as members of this Task Force.
