USHJA/USEF Proof of Membership

A temporary card is available for you to print, provided that you have a USEF and/or USHJA membership for the current year.

• Log in to your USHJA Account.
• To print an individual proof of membership, select the "Proof of Membership/Temporary Membership Card" link.
• To print a horse registration proof of registration, select the "Horse Verification" link.
• For general inquiries concerning USHJA memberships, click the Membership FAQ button to the right.

Please note there is a $15 reprint fee for USHJA to issue a duplicate membership card.
