Programs USHJA Mentor Program USHJA Trainers Mentor Program The USHJA Trainers Mentor Program is designed to provide up-and-coming young professionals access to advice from top level professionals on teaching, training and questions about general horse business. The USHJA mentors are volunteers that have agreed to dedicate their time and knowledge to the UHSJA membership. As professionals their time and knowledge are valuable commodities. USHJA asks that members who utilize the Mentor Program exhibit the highest level of respect and understanding for the professional volunteer’s time. Correspondence with the mentors will be via email/fax or telephone for up to one year.
