2025 USHJA Annual Meeting
December 8-11, 2025, at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area in Orlando, Florida
Open to all members and equestrian enthusiasts, the USHJA Annual Meeting is four days of discussion, governance, networking, and celebration focused on the future of the Hunter/Jumper sport.
The event features an interactive format designed to encourage open conversation. Attendees can participate in a variety of discipline-specific and topic-based forums, including Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Outreach and Affiliates, judges, horse welfare, safety, and more. These sessions provide opportunities for members to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate on key topics shaping the sport.
Registration and Tickets
Registration is $250, and can be done online through your USHJA Member Portal. Non-members can create a free account to access registration. Evening of Equestrians Awards Banquet tickets are $125 per person or $1,000 for a table of 8 in advance through December 5, and $150 per person or $1,200 for a table of 8 on-site.
To Register:
- Log in to the USHJA Member Portal and click the “2025 Annual Meeting” tile under Quick Actions
- Fill out your information, including any dietary restrictions or allergies and your preferred name and pronouns for your name tag
- Add your tickets for the Meeting and/or the Evening of Equestrians
- Click “Make Payment” to complete registration. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tickets to show at the registration desk.

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs® Area, an Official Walt Disney World® Hotel, is a short walk from Disney Springs®, with unique boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment.
