2026 USHJA Sport & Education Conference
At the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area in Orlando, Florida from December 7-10, 2026
Open to all members and equestrian enthusiasts, the USHJA Sport & Education Conference is four days of discussion, governance, networking, and celebration focused on the future of the Hunter/Jumper sport.
The event features an interactive format designed to encourage open conversation. Attendees can participate in a variety of discipline-specific and topic-based forums, including Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Outreach and Affiliates, judges, horse welfare, safety, and more. These sessions provide opportunities for members to share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate on key topics shaping the sport.
Registration and Tickets
Members may register online through their USHJA member portal, while non-members can create a free account to access registration. Conference registration is $250 per attendee, and day passes may be purchased on-site for $100 per day. Guests are also invited to attend the Evening of Equestrians Awards Dinner, with advance tickets available for $125 per person or $1,000 for a table of eight. On-site ticket sales will be available for $150 per person or $1,200 for a table of eight.
