Qualifying begins 30 days after the original completion date of the 2024 championship and ends 45 days prior to the start of the 2025 Championship.

South Region (Zones 3, 4 & 7) Qualifying Begins: August 20, 2024 |
July 16-20, 2025 |

West Region (Zones 8, 9 & 10) Qualifying Begins: November 19, 2024 |
October 15-19, 2025 |
Zones 11 & 12 can attend a championship of their choosing.
