USHJA HORSELESS HORSE SHOW at 2021 EQUITANA USA

In a fun and unique opportunity, the USHJA will bring the Hunter/Jumper sport to equine enthusiasts from around the world with the USHJA Horseless Horse Show during EQUITANA USA, the world’s largest equine trade show, October 1-3, 2021, at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. Benefitting the USHJA Foundation, which supports USHJA programs, grants and scholarships, the Horseless Horse Show will run Saturday, October 2, and Sunday, October 3, with classes for all ages and skill levels, as well as fun prizes and awards for participants and winners.

Age group/heights are suggestions only. Adults and anyone choosing to jump different heights are welcome to participate from 11 a.m.-1:15 p.m.
Format
Hunter courses will be judged over 5-8 jumps for style, manners and way of going. Jumper courses will be speed rounds over 7-10 obstacles. Course diagrams will be located at in-gate. Each participant will receive a ribbon and t-shirt. The Puissance (high jump) class will award ribbons for first through eighth place. Two-day combined Champion and Reserve Champion (all ages) will also be awarded.
Requirements
Each division is limited to 25 entries on a first-come, first-served basis. Enter at the USHJA booth inside the covered arena in advance of competition or online. A waiver signed by the individual or a parent/guardian if under 18 is required.
How to Participate
The cost to participate is $5 for one class, $10 for all classes on one day or $15 for unlimited classes on both Saturday and Sunday. 100% of the proceeds will support the USHJA Foundation. Register in advance online, or stop by the USHJA booth located in the Covered Arena to register onsite.
