Tampa, Fla.—October 2, 2018—Registration is now open for the 2018 USHJA Annual Meeting, presented by World Equestrian Center. The meeting will take place December 9-13 at the Hilton Tampa Downtown, in Tampa, Florida. USHJA members, committee members, hunter/jumper enthusiasts and members of the media are invited to attend the five-day meeting for a series of educational lectures, committee meetings, and an evening of recognition during the Evening of Equestrians Awards Gala.
Those interested in attending can register online for a discounted rate of $100 through 4 p.m. ET on November 14. USHJA will offer a $10 discount to members who bring a fist-time attendee to this year's meeting. The discount will also be extended to the first-time attendee when they register, so attendees and their first-time guest will pay just $90 each during early bird registration. Additionally, the first 50 people to register online will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Charles Owen helmet.
A special block of hotel rooms for the USHJA Annual Meeting has been reserved at the Hilton Tampa Downtown. Rooms are currently available for a discounted rate of $159 per night. Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodations early to ensure availability.

The meeting will kick off on Sunday, December 9, with USHJA Zone and Affiliate Day, which will include a Zone Education forum, and individual zone committee meetings. The Rule Change Forum to discuss proposed rule changes before they go to the Hunter and Jumper Working Groups for voting will take place on Monday, December 10. Tuesday, December 11, will feature a town hall with Mary Babick and numerous committee meetings and updates, as well as the Evening of Equestrian Awards Dinner, which will recognize year-end award winners. The meeting will conclude on Thursday, December 13, with the USHJA Board of Directors meeting and training.
