Registration Open for 2023 USHJA Annual Meeting December 4-7 in Concord, North Carolina

Lexington, Ky.—Oct. 19, 2023—Registration is now open for the 2023 U.S. Hunter Jumper Association Annual Meeting, held December 4-7 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa in Concord, North Carolina.

Open to all equine enthusiasts, the four-day meeting gives participants access to networking opportunities and Hunter and Jumper sport governance meetings. Meeting highlights include a welcome reception at Armored Cow Brewing, an update on the state of the association from USHJA President Mary Knowlton, the prestigious Evening of Equestrians Awards Banquet, and more.

Select sessions will be streamed live for members unable to attend, including the rule change forum, state of the association, a special town hall, Evening of Equestrians Awards and the final USHJA Board Meeting. See the full schedule, including details on the livestream sessions, here.

Members interested in attending may register online for a discounted rate of $200 now through November 30. On-site registration will be available for $250.

Tickets to the Evening of Equestrians Awards Banquet are available for $100 for a single ticket and $900 for a table for 10 through November 30. On-site pricing for a single ticket will be available for $135 and $1,000 for a table of 10.

A special block of hotel rooms for members attending the USHJA Annual Meeting has been reserved at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa. Room block rates start at $149 per night and are available with group code CESUSH. Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodations early to ensure availability; room block rate expire on November 6. Discounts for air travel and rental cars are also available through USHJA member benefits.

Media are invited to attend to cover the meeting, and one complimentary registration will be given per media outlet credentialed to cover the event. Media interested in covering the 2023 USHJA Annual Meeting must fill out a media credential form by Monday, November 27.
