Lexington, Ky.—March 15, 2024—The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association is pleased to have been named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky for the fifth consecutive year, as decided by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company. Each year the designation is awarded to 100 companies across the Commonwealth, and the USHJA now has the distinction of becoming part of the Best Places to Work Kentucky Hall of Fame.
"This achievement reflects USHJA's commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive and contribute to our mission of promoting the Hunter/Jumper community," said Kevin Price, executive director of USHJA. "We are honored to receive this distinction for the fifth consecutive year as a testament to the commitment, passion, and talent of the team behind the Association."
Winners from across the Commonwealth were selected in three categories: small companies of 15-149 employees, medium companies of 150-499 employees and large companies consisting of 500 or more employees. The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey, which is managed by Workforce Research Group.
Winner rankings from the 20th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky list will be announced at an awards dinner on Thursday, June 13 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington.
