Lexington, Ky.—March 11, 2025—For the sixth consecutive year, the U.S. Hunter Jumper Association is pleased to have been named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky. The designation is awarded to 100 companies across the Commonwealth each year by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management in partnership with Workforce Research Group.
"Receiving this recognition for a sixth year is a testament to the culture of collaboration and commitment that defines USHJA," said Whitney Allen, USHJA Executive Director. "It reflects the unwavering dedication of our staff, whose passion and expertise drive our mission forward each day. We are both proud and inspired by the opportunity to serve the Hunter/Jumper community at every level."
Winners from across the Commonwealth were selected in three categories: small companies of 15-149 employees, medium companies of 150-499 employees and large companies consisting of 500 or more employees. The selection process is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. Winner rankings from the 21st Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky list will be announced at an awards dinner on Thursday, May 22 at the Central Bank Center in Lexington.
